Policy Drafting

We can provide support in drafting fully compliant Policies for organisations.

There is a policy example located on the HSE website to help you to draft your own.

We prefer only to partner those organisations with an appropriate Stress policy in place

Team Risk & Control Assessments for Stress Prevention

We can provide experienced facilitation for your Risk and Control Assessment process

Team workshops or "focus groups" are strongly recommended for adherence to HSE guidelines and we have experienced facilitators to assist with these

The outcome of these focus group sessions is a prioritised and agreed action plan

We also provide a follow up service as required

Risk Assessments can be triggered by:

Time
pre-emptive assessments conducted regularly as part of "the way we work"- Recommended

Raised hand 
if an individual (or individuals) notifies of coping difficulty

Environment change or "Hot Spot" pointers
such as increased absence, employee relations issues or a change, such as a new manager or operational change
