We believe it is beneficial to have a consistent approach across your organisation, which in the longer term will help you to cultivate a consistent coaching culture if desired.

Executive coaching has been around for many years and there is no better time to extend this to all layers of your organisation, with employee engagement now at the top of the agenda for many.

It may be that middle management in particular may benefit to begin with, assuming an Executive program already exists. Alternatively, you may have departments and teams with immediate needs that require specific attention.
